Our Product Service Team will see to the effective management of your product repair needs. Once you have registered your product return , a staff member will make contact to discuss repair lead-times and repair requirements, whenever these fall within the product warranty and warranty period.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, contact will be made within 24 hours. Product repairs are usually completed within two weeks of receipt.
Customer Policy on Philips 2.5” & 3.5” external HDD case (without HDD).
- Products carry a 1 year return to base warranty from date of purchase. A copy of the original purchase receipt is to accompany any returned product.
- Customers are to check product contents at moment of purchase and bring up any issues at point of purchase. Amicroe carries no responsibility for missing accessories nor will Amicroe replace these. No cables or adaptors etc should be sent to Amicroe, accompanying complained products.
- Products should not be tampered or manipulated in any way: seal tampering or manipulation to open product will revoke the warranty.
- Amicroe will not replace non-defective items or be responsible for replacing product accessories. Amicroe will repair unit defects only.
- Customers must ensure proper packaging of returned product for full protection of product during transit.
- Existing product damage (i.e. scratches / dents) upon our receipt will not be taken into consideration for repair.
- It is recommended that customers arrange for the regular back up of stored data. Amicroe carries no responsibility where data may be lost due to product failure.
